5 Person Flats

5 person flats include 3/4 sized beds so you can spread out when lying in! They also have a living room with a flat screen TV and TV licence so you have some space to chill out with friends.

Rooms

5 Person flats are located in quiet areas of the lovely green Hamstead Campus grounds. Each room comes equipped with a wash basin, desk, chair, wardrobe, set of drawers, ¾ bed, mattress cover and a bin.

Kitchen

Kitchens in 5 person flats are shared by 5 students. Each person sharing a kitchen will have their own space in cupboards, fridges and freezers. All kitchens are equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, iron, ironing board and dining area. Kitchens in 5 person flats benefit from an adjoining lounge/living area for chilling out in when you're not studying.

Bathroom and Toilets

There is a bathroom with an electric shower, toilet and hand basin. There is also a separate toilet in a separate bathroom. Some flats have two shower rooms, so let us know you want this when making your application.

Utilities

All room prices at Hamstead Campus include ALL UTILITIES including heating, hot water, electricity and up to 200mb high speed WiFi  internet and up to 1Gb wired
