Premium 5 Bed
5 person flats include 3/4 beds so you can spread out when lying in! We have also added a living room with flat screen TV so you have some space to chill out with friends.
1 Bed Flat
Room 1 Bed Flat come equipped with a double bed, mattress cover, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe, sofa, desk and chair, dining table, two chairs and a bin. Kitchen 1 Bed flats include a self contained kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave and electric oven and hob, kettle, hoover, iron and ironing board. Bathrooms The bathroom has an electric shower, bathtub, hand basin and toilet.
2 Bed Flat
Two person flats are ideal for friends wanting to share and still keep some privacy. Sharing kitchen and bathroom facilities between just two people should be ideal. Each bedroom comes equipped with a desk, chair, wardrobe, set of drawers, bedside cabinet 3/4 bed, mattress cover, and a bin. Please note that there is no separate living room or lounge. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, kettle, hoover, iron and ironing board.
5 Bed Flat
5 person flats include 3/4 beds so you can spread out when lying in! We have also added a living room with flat screen TV so you have some space to chill out with friends
It Costs Less to Come Home to HamCam!
No security deposits payable. No fees payable. You do normally need to pay an initial amount of rent on signing the contract - the initial rent forms part of the first term's rent, so you are paying rent on account of your tenancy not a separate fee or a deposit.
