Hello - Hamcam is open for enquiries from BCU and Aston University students for 2025-26. We have 5 bed flats, 2 bed flats and studios on our large gated parkland campus.
Hamstead Campus 2025/26 Accommodation is open for enquiries for arrival in September 2025.
We have no availability for arrivals before September 2025.
We currently have availaibilty in 5 bed flats, studios and 2 bed flats.

Please Note: We normally respond to viewing requests or enquiries received outside our normal office hours during the next working day. Viewings are available between 9.30am and 5pm on working week days. We don't normally carry out viewings during weekends and bank holidays.
