It Costs Less to Come Home to HamCam :-) No security deposits payable. No fees payable. You do normally need to pay an initial amount of rent on signing the contract - the initial rent forms part of the first term's rent, so you are paying rent on account of your tenancy not a separate fee or a deposit. Initial rent amounts ** are shown below.

Hamcam is a student halls of residence and can only accept full time university students. This policy is strictly applied.

All rooms are subject to availability and subject to contract. Contracts start on Thursday 5 September 2024 for international early arrivals and for ALL Studio properties. Contracts start on Thursday 12 September 2024 for 2 bed and 5 bed contracts unless otherwsie stated. Why pay £160 to £300 every week for a small room in the city? Our studios are large (c 45 sqm) with own separate full kitchen and own bathroom, new studios in town are often half the size with just a "kitchenette" within the room.

2 bed flats at HamCam: from £109 per person per week for 2 sharers Please note: only available for 2024-25 to students applying via their University under a nominations agreement. (please note - no separate living room), no security deposit payable, no fees payable, 2024/25 Bus Pass* included at no extra cost for easy travel, 44 week contract. INITIAL RENT ** of £250 per person - payable on signing and forms part of first term's rent.
