Studios at Hamstead Campus are an economical option for couples wishing to live together while at university or for single people wanting a little more space and privacy.
Studios are located at the southern end of the campus with easy access from College Road.
Studios are very popular and usually sell out very quickly.
Room
Studios come equipped with a double bed, mattress cover, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe, sofa, desk and chair, dining table, two chairs and a bin.
Kitchen
Studio flats include a self contained kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave and electric oven and hob, kettle, hoover, iron and ironing board.
Bathrooms
The bathroom has an electric shower, bath, hand basin and toilet.
Utilities
All room prices at Hamstead Campus include ALL UTILITIES including heating, hot water, electricity and up to 200mb high speed WiFi internet and up to 1Gb wired.
