It Costs Less to Come Home to HamCam :-) No security deposits payable. No fees payable. You do normally need to pay an initial amount of rent on signing the contract - the initial rent forms part of the first term's rent, so you are paying rent on account of your tenancy not a separate fee or a deposit.
