Here at Hamcam all utilities are included in your rent. Heating, hot water, electricity, insurance and high speed internet are all included in the price!
For our residents living in the Hall, our cleaning team will clean the communal bathrooms, kitchens and other areas on a daily basis (during the week).
For residents living in the other properties, our cleaning team will clean the communal areas regularly.
Insurance
Hamstead Campus in partnership with Endsleigh Insurance provide contents insurance for up to £10,000 for items kept in your room at Hamcam* terms and conditions apply - click here for the standard policy wording. This insurance provides reassurance for all of our residents and for those wanting to be extra sure, there is an option to extend the policy to include accidental damage cover.
Parking
Car parking is available for campus residents. Permits are provided on a first come, first served basis and we recommend that a permit is requested on booking in order to avoid disappointment.
Cycle storage is also provided on site for students wishing to bring a bike to campus. A £5 refundable deposit is payable for a key to the bike store.
Laundrette
There is a smartphone operated laundrette located to the rear of Hamstead Hall available for the use of all students at Hamstead Campus.
