Hamcam is owned and managed by the Evenbrook Group, a professional private landlord which provides a customer focused service to our residents. As part of our commitment to our residents, we have relevant Accreditations and memberships to Professional Bodies to ensure that our service is of a good standard.
Hamstead Campus is a member of the ANUK/Unipol National Code of Standards for Larger Developments for student accommodation NOT managed and controlled by educational establishments.
Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme
As part of the Evenbrook Group, Hamcam is a member of the Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme which is a scheme to recognise and promote good landlords who provide their residents with high quality, safe accommodation. More information about MLAS can be found at www.mlas-online.co.uk
National Code Assured Accommodation
Hamcam is accredited with the National Code.
The most obvious reason for choosing to live in a development covered by one of the ANUK/Unipol National Codes is that they provide reassurance: Reassurance that the accommodation is safe and well managed; and reassurance that, should any problems arise, there exists a mechanism to help get them resolved.
Members of the Codes voluntarily agree to comply with benchmark standards that relate to both the physical condition of a building as well as its day to day management.
