Hamstead Campus is owned by the Evenbrook Group.

Evenbrook is a leading landlord in the private rented residential sector. We have been providing high quality affordable private rental homes to people in Birmingham for almost 30 years. In May 2010 we purchased Hamstead Campus from Birmingham City University, which adjoins our neighbouring Browns Green large private rented development.
