Studio

Studios at Hamstead Campus are an economical option for couples wishing to live together while at university or for single people wanting a little more space and privacy.

Studios are located at the southern end of the campus with easy access from College Road.

Room

Studios come equipped with a double bed, mattress cover, set of 3 drawers, chest of drawers, wardrobe, sofa, desk and chair, coffee table, dining table, two chairs, internal phone, lamp and a bin. The studio also benefits from a free 10 Mb internet connection for up to 3 appliances (laptop, Wii, Xbox etc), IPTV (tv on your laptop through the internet) and an internal phone system which can be used to contact Security, the Accommodation Team or anyone else that lives at Hamstead Campus free of charge.

Kitchen

Studio flats include a self contained kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave and electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle, hoover, iron and ironing board.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a shower, bath, hand basin and toilet.

Utilities

All room prices at Hamstead Campus include ALL UTILITIES including heating, hot water, electricity and 10mb high speed internet.
