2 Person Flats
Two person flats are ideal for close friends that want a privacy/company balance. Sharing kitchen and bathroom facilities between just two people should lead to a few less arguments too!
Two person flats comprise of two bedrooms with a separate bathroom and kitchen and small store cupboard in the hallway for those bits that don't quite fit into your room!
Room
Each bedroom comes equipped with a desk, chair, wardrobe, set of drawers, bed, mattress cover, pillow, internal phone, lamp and a bin. Both bedrooms also benefit from a free 10 Mb internet connection for up to 3 appliances (laptop, Wii, Xbox etc), IPTV (tv on your laptop through the internet) and an internal phone system which can be used to contact Security, the Accommodation Team or anyone else that lives at Hamstead Campus free of charge.
Kitchen
The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, toaster, kettle, hoover, iron and ironing board.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower, bath, loo and basin.
Utilities
All room prices at Hamstead Campus include ALL UTILITIES including heating, hot water, electricity and 10mb high speed internet.
